2022 Club Championships

The terms of competition (conditions) for the 2022 club championships can be viewed here. 

A significant change from previous years is the removal of the term “Men” from the title. This is in accord with Golf Australia’s Vision 2025 strategy which encourages clubs to respond to the Equal Opportunity in Golf guidelines publication endorsed by the R&A and the Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission.

Accordingly, the following will apply to women and girls with 7-day playing rights competing in the 2022 club championships:

• A separate championship prize will be awarded to the woman or girl with the lowest gross score, titled the Women’s Weekend Championship.
• Women and girls will be eligible to win the A, B and C Grade nett championships and the gross and nett Age championships.
• Women and girls will play the red course during the championships.
